Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require an official invitation letter for administrative, institutional, or travel-planning purposes may submit a request through the conference secretariat following confirmation of their registration. These letters are prepared on institutional letterhead and include pertinent conference details such as dates, venue, and the participant’s registration status.
Invitation letters are typically dispatched within five business days of a completed request and are delivered electronically in PDF format, with a hard copy available upon special request. Participants are encouraged to apply early so that all documentation is in hand well ahead of any institutional deadlines or travel arrangements.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation correspondence to support participants’ travel preparation, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee the granting of a visa or any form of entry authorization by Canadian immigration authorities or any other governmental body. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and applicants are responsible for initiating and managing their own visa application processes in a timely manner.
