Call for Papers – 16th International Conference on Human Resource Management
ICHRM 2026 invites original research contributions, conceptual papers, and applied case studies that push the boundaries of human resource management theory and practice. Scholars and practitioners with fresh perspectives on workforce challenges are strongly encouraged to submit their work for consideration by our international review committee in Vaughan.

Every submission to ICHRM 2026 undergoes a structured double-blind peer review process, with each manuscript evaluated independently by a minimum of two qualified reviewers drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee.
