How We Conduct Peer Review Process?

We use a double-blinded review to maintain the highest academic standards and integrity in our peer review process. For that, we’ve employed a team of professionals who thoroughly analyze our submitted papers. Here are the details of our peer review process:

Initial Screening

First, we check if the paper comes with our APA formats and guidelines. Our team checked these papers by their font, format, and size. If the paper meets our specific format and guidelines, we send it to the reviewers team. However, the paper gets rejected in this initial process if it fails to follow our guidelines.

Appointing Reviewers

All of our reviewers are chosen based on their quality and expertise in the relevant field. To ensure the standards and integrity in the review process, we prioritize those free from bias and conflict of interest. Combining all their skills, experience, and honesty, we can maintain an impartial evaluation process.

Detailed Review

After passing the initial screening, we send the papers to our reviewers for an in-depth analysis. They thoroughly check the paper by its originality, clarity, relevancy, research methodology, etc. After completing their review, they submit their detailed feedback and comments on papers to the conference committee.

Revision and Modification

Once we receive the feedback from our reviewers, we decide whether to accept, reject, or improve the reviewed papers. If the paper is publishable after revision, we notify the authors with feedback from our reviewers. In this way, authors find the area of improvement, give a detailed revision, and send it back to us within a specific timeframe.

Final Approval

After revision and modification, we analyze it once more to ensure it comes with our suggestions. If the papers have no more issues, we will accept them for our conference and inform the authors through their emails. After we approve the paper, they can register for the conference for which they submitted their paper.
