International Conferences in Canada with Invitation Letter

Find and attend international conferences in Canada with invitation letter support, held right across the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto and Mississauga through to the smaller Durham and Halton towns. Every event organized by MS International Conferences Inc. is academic and peer-reviewed, open to presenting authors and attending listeners alike, and the invitation letter is there to help international participants with their visa applications.

What sets these events apart is the documentation support. Alongside a standard letter, we issue notarized invitation letters for a Canada visa — arranged in-house through a Canadian notary for participants whose embassy requires one, something most organizers do not offer. Accepted papers are published in the proceedings, and events run right through the 2026 and 2027 season.

Find Your Next Conference in Canada

Our calendar runs across every major field — business, economics, engineering, IT, medicine, the social sciences and more — with every event held in person in the Greater Toronto Area, right through the 2026 and 2027 seasons. The quickest way in is the search below: narrow it down by topic, city or month and go straight to the events that fit your research and your travel plans.

Your Gateway to International Conferences with Invitation Letters

When you register for one of our conferences, you can request an invitation letter for your conference visa — the supporting document a visa officer needs to approve a temporary resident application. It confirms you are a registered participant and sets out your role, whether you are presenting a paper or attending as a listener, along with the venue, dates and organizer details that show why you are travelling.

This conference invitation letter for Canada is included with author and listener registration at no extra charge, and processing begins automatically once your payment clears. There is no separate request form — every eligible registrant across our 2026 and 2027 events can ask for one.

01

Who Is Eligible

Both authors presenting research and listeners attending sessions qualify, once registration is confirmed and payment is complete. Eligibility is stated on every ticket tier, so you know before you book whether letter support is included.

02

What You Receive

A signed letter on official organizer letterhead confirming your name, passport details, conference title, venue, dates and participation role — presenter or attendee. It is addressed to you personally and formatted to meet the requirements of a Canadian visa office, so you can submit it with your application exactly as issued.

03

Notarized Letters

Some embassies will only accept a letter that has been notarized. A notarized invitation letter for a conference is available to any registered participant for an additional $100 USD, requested during registration or later by email. We arrange the notarization through a Canadian notary ourselves, so it is issued on the same timeline as a standard letter — request it when you register if your embassy requires one.

04

Processing Time

Standard invitation letters are issued within five business days of confirmed payment, and notarized letters follow the same timeline since notarization is handled in-house. To stay on the safe side, apply at least eight weeks before your intended travel date — this leaves enough room for the visa office to process your application without last-minute pressure, especially during peak seasons when embassy wait times are longer.

05

Visa Support

Supporting documents accompany the letter: venue confirmation, event schedule and organizer contact details for verification by consular staff. If your embassy requires notarization, request the notarized version before submitting your application — it cannot be added retroactively to a letter already issued.

Who Should Attend an International Conference

Our international conferences in Canada are open to anyone with a serious interest in the subject, and they draw participants at every career stage — from graduate researchers presenting their first paper to senior executives tracking developments in their sector. You do not need to present to attend: listeners are welcome alongside authors, and both receive a certificate and full access to every session. Whichever group you fall into, the six profiles below explain what a conference offers you specifically, from publication and networking to professional development and policy insight.

Researchers

Present original findings and connect with peer reviewers across disciplines. Presented papers are eligible for publication consideration, and every author receives a certificate of presentation.

Academics

Faculty and lecturers come to build networks, pick up citations and start collaborations. It is participation that feeds directly into tenure files and sabbatical reports, and often into research partnerships across institutions.

Industry Professionals

Practitioners bringing applied insight from business and technology. Sessions connect field experience with current research, and attendance certificates support professional development requirements.

Graduate Students

PhD and Master’s candidates sharing work and building early networks. Presenting at an international conference strengthens academic CVs and creates supervisor-independent research contacts.

Entrepreneurs

Founders scouting partnerships, research and emerging market trends. Sessions give direct access to researchers working on problems adjacent to your product roadmap, often before that work reaches the market.

Government Officials

Policy professionals engaging with research shaping public decisions. Evidence-based sessions inform program design, regulatory review and public service delivery.

Registration fees cover full session access, conference materials and invitation letter support for eligible participants. Notarized letters are available for an additional fee.
