All prices are in USD. Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. Notarized invitation letters for Canadian visa applications are available for an additional US$100. Payment is made online at checkout when you register, and your place is confirmed once the payment clears. Fees are per person and per event, and the payment receipt from checkout is a useful extra document for your visa file, since it shows the conference fee is paid.
