The organizing secretariat endeavors to dispatch invitation letters promptly, typically within several business days of receiving a verified registration. Attendees are advised to retain both digital and printed copies for their travel documentation.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit to Canada. Visa decisions rest entirely with the immigration authorities of Canada, and applicants are solely responsible for submitting accurate, complete applications and meeting all relevant entry requirements.
