All registration fees are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.
Participants are responsible for securing their own visa (if required), accommodation, and transportation.
Upon successful registration and payment verification, a standard invitation letter will be issued within 3 business days.
Corrections to invitation letters due to spelling or minor errors will incur a fee of USD 50.

If the conference is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, registered participants may attend any future International Conferences Inc. event at no additional cost.
Invitation letters are not provided for the Domestic Listener (New Year Early Bird) ticket category.

All conferences are multidisciplinary; sessions may cover topics beyond the main theme.
Confirming your attendance prior to the conference is mandatory to secure your seat and catering arrangements.
Participants may choose to attend the entire event or only specific sessions based on their preferences.

The Notarized Invitation Letter is an optional service offered to assist international delegates with visa applications. It is not required to participate in the main conference.
Possession of the Notarized Invitation Letter does not guarantee visa approval. Visa issuance is determined solely by the relevant consulate or embassy according to their rules and discretion.
The fee of USD 100 is fixed and non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved or denied. No refunds or reversals will be provided.
By requesting a Notarized Invitation Letter, you agree to these terms. This service is supplementary and independent from the main conference registration.
The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of this service implies acceptance of any updates.
Once payment is verified and the registration form is completed, the Notarized Invitation Letter will be issued within 10 business days.
