Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to support participants requiring documentation for travel or institutional approval purposes. These letters are issued on official conference letterhead and confirm your participation status, paper acceptance details where applicable, and the conference dates and location in Pickering, Canada.
To request an invitation letter, participants should complete their registration and payment in full before submitting a formal request through the conference portal. The secretariat endeavors to process all requests promptly, typically within three to five business days, ensuring that delegates have sufficient time to proceed with any necessary administrative formalities.
Please be advised that while the conference is delighted to provide official invitation and support letters as a courtesy to registered participants, the issuance of such documentation does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by the relevant immigration or consular authorities. Participants are solely responsible for initiating their visa applications in a timely manner and complying with all Canadian immigration requirements.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Call for Papers – 2nd International Conference on Leadership and Change Management
Scholars, researchers, and practitioners are warmly invited to submit original contributions examining any dimension of leadership evolution, organizational transformation, or change management innovation for the 2026 Pickering edition. Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 2nd edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Strategic Leadership and Change Planning, Transformational Leadership Practices or Culture Change and Organizational Alignment.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
