Invitation Letter Support

Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal, accompanied by your registration confirmation and valid identification details. The secretariat aims to process all requests promptly so that delegates have sufficient time to complete any necessary travel arrangements well ahead of the Pickering event.
Please be aware that while the conference secretariat is glad to provide official invitation documentation to assist with your travel preparations, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permission by Canadian immigration authorities. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant government bodies, and delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications early and consult the appropriate embassy or consulate for guidance.

All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 8th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Organizational Agility and Change Leadership, Ethical, Inclusive, and Responsible Leadership or Change Messaging and Internal Communication.
