Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing registration, delegates to the 7th International Conference on Leadership and Change Management may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This document is intended to support your travel planning and may be used when applying for leave from your institution or employer, confirming your participation to relevant stakeholders.
The invitation letter is issued exclusively to individuals who have finalized their registration and, where applicable, submitted an accepted abstract or paper. It will include your name, institutional affiliation, the conference title, edition number, and the Toronto, Canada location, providing all essential details required for your official records or institutional approval processes.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide this official documentation to support your travel arrangements, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government or immigration authority. Delegates are solely responsible for initiating and completing their own visa applications well in advance of the event, in accordance with the requirements set by Canadian immigration authorities.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Scholars, practitioners, and interdisciplinary thinkers are invited to submit their original contributions to the 7th International Conference on Leadership and Change Management in Toronto, 2026. Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 7th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Strategic Leadership in Change Environments, Organizational Readiness and Change Capacity or Digital Transformation and Leadership Capability.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
