Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 2nd International Conference on Oil, Gas, and Petroleum Engineering, participants may formally request an official invitation letter to support their travel and visa application process. This letter is issued by the conference organizing committee and confirms the applicant’s acceptance and registration status for the Oshawa 2026 event.
Invitation letters are provided solely to assist registered attendees in preparing documentation required by embassies or consular offices, and they reflect the genuine academic or professional purpose of the applicant’s intended travel to Canada. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal after completing the registration and payment process, with processing typically completed within three to five business days.
It is important for all applicants to understand that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee, imply, or influence the outcome of any visa or entry permit application. Visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant immigration or consular authorities, and attendees are encouraged to apply well in advance and consult their local embassy for guidance.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
