The letter will include your name, registration reference, and the confirmed dates and location of the event in Toronto, Canada.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizers does not guarantee, imply, or substitute for the granting of a visa or entry permission by Canadian immigration authorities. Applicants are solely responsible for initiating and completing their visa applications in a timely manner through the appropriate embassy or consulate, and the organizing committee bears no liability for visa decisions made by government bodies.

Call for Papers – 13th International Conference on Oil, Gas, and Petroleum Engineering
Authors and researchers with original contributions to petroleum engineering, energy systems, or resource sustainability are invited to submit abstracts for the 2026 Toronto edition. Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 13th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Production Engineering and Well Performance Analysis, Subsurface Characterization and Geophysical Analysis or IoT-Enabled Oilfield Monitoring.
