These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include pertinent details such as the event dates, venue location in Pickering, and the registrant’s confirmed participation status.
Delegates are advised to submit their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates, as processing times vary significantly across different countries and consulates. The secretariat endeavours to dispatch invitation letters promptly upon request, ensuring applicants have the necessary documentation at the earliest opportunity.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organisation does not guarantee the granting of a Canadian visa or entry into Canada.
