Letters are typically processed within five to seven business days and will include your full name, affiliation, participation role, and the conference dates and location in Toronto, Canada.
Please be advised that while the organizing committee is happy to provide official invitation letters to facilitate your travel arrangements, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

Peer Review Details
Every full paper submitted to the 12th International Conference on Human Resource Management undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each manuscript evaluated by at least two independent subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee.
