Invitation Letter Support
To support international participants in their travel planning, the organizing committee of the 4th International Conference on Leadership and Change Management is pleased to provide official invitation letters upon successful registration. These letters formally confirm your participation in the Pickering 2026 edition and are intended to assist with institutional approvals, travel bookings, and funding applications.
Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal following the completion of registration and payment. The letter will include your name, affiliation, presentation details where applicable, conference dates, and the Pickering venue information, providing the documentation most commonly required by employers, universities, and grant bodies.
Please note that while the conference organizing committee is happy to issue official invitation letters to registered participants, the provision of such a letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.
