- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, the conference organizing team is pleased to provide official invitation letters to attendees who require documentation for institutional approval, travel grants, or administrative purposes. These letters are issued promptly on request and include pertinent conference details such as dates, venue, and the delegate’s registration status.
Invitation letters are prepared on official conference letterhead and state the role of the recipient, whether as a presenting author or a delegate, helping to satisfy the varied requirements of universities, funding bodies, and employers worldwide.
Please note that while the organizing committee is committed to supporting your travel preparations with the appropriate documentation, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada; all visa-related decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
Call for Papers – 9th International Conference on Business Management

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 9th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Business Policy and Organizational Planning, Corporate Growth and Competitive Management or Business Process Improvement and Innovation.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Each manuscript submitted to the conference is assessed through a double-blind peer review process, wherein both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to eliminate bias and uphold scholarly integrity. Review panels are composed of experts in the field whose evaluations focus on originality, methodological soundness, and contribution to advancing business management knowledge.
