Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing registration, accepted participants may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support their travel and administrative preparations for attending the event in Vaughan, Canada.
The invitation letter is issued on official conference letterhead and includes the participant’s name, affiliation, paper title where applicable, and the confirmed conference dates, providing institutions, funding bodies, and embassies with the documentation typically required to process travel arrangements.
