Registered delegates who require an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements may request one through the conference secretariat after completing payment of their registration fee. The letter is issued on official conference letterhead and includes pertinent details such as the event title, dates, location in Toronto, Canada, and the delegate’s name and affiliation, providing immigration and institutional authorities with the documentation they typically require.
To initiate your invitation letter request, please submit the completed request form available in the delegate portal along with proof of registration. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch letters within five business days of receiving a complete request, and delegates are encouraged to apply well in advance of any visa application deadlines imposed by Canadian immigration authorities or their home institutions.
It is important to understand that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee, influence, or replace any decision made by visa-issuing authorities.
