These letters are prepared on official conference letterhead and include your name, affiliation, presentation title, and the conference dates and location in Mississauga, Canada.
Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the participant portal after completing registration and receiving acceptance confirmation. The committee endeavors to email letters promptly, typically within three to five business days of a completed request, ensuring you have ample time to arrange travel documentation and seek employer or institutional endorsement.
Please note that while the conference invitation letter is a formal document attesting to your participation in the event, it is issued solely for informational and logistical purposes. The issuance of this letter does not guarantee, influence, or substitute for any visa or entry permit decision, which remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities of Canada.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
