Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing registration, delegates to the 16th International Conference on Economics may request an official invitation letter to support their travel preparations, including applications for institutional travel grants, leave approvals, or funding reimbursements. This document is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your status as an accepted participant or registered attendee.
To obtain an invitation letter, participants should ensure that their registration fee has been successfully processed and that any accepted abstract or paper submission is in good standing. Requests are typically fulfilled within a few business days, and the letter will include key conference details such as the event title, location, and dates relevant to your travel itinerary.
It is important to note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to attendees requiring documentation for travel or funding purposes, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 16th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Monetary Economics and Central Banking, Fiscal Policy and Public Finance or Economic Growth and Productivity Analysis.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
