Registered participants who require an official invitation letter for institutional, travel, or funding purposes may submit a formal request through the conference secretariat following the completion of their registration and payment. The invitation letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and will confirm the participant’s registration status, the conference dates, and the Toronto venue — serving as a credible supporting document for travel grant applications or employer approvals.
To ensure accuracy and avoid processing delays, applicants are asked to provide their full legal name as it appears on their passport or government-issued identification, their institutional affiliation, and their registered presentation or attendance category. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch invitation letters promptly, typically within five to seven business days of receiving a complete and verified request.
