- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants of the 5th International Conference on Business Management may formally request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements, visa applications, or institutional funding processes. These letters are issued by the conference secretariat upon confirmation of a valid registration and are personalized to reflect the delegate’s name, affiliation, and participation details.
To request an invitation letter, delegates should complete their registration and then submit a letter request through the designated portal on the conference website. The secretariat aims to process and dispatch invitation letters promptly so that delegates have ample time to fulfill any institutional or consular requirements ahead of the Toronto event.
Please be advised that the invitation letter issued by the conference secretariat is strictly a document confirming your acceptance and participation in the event. It does not in any way constitute a guarantee of visa approval, and the decision regarding visa issuance rests entirely with the relevant embassy or consular authority of Canada.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 5th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Business Policy and Competitive Advantage, Strategic Decision-Making and Business Performance or Corporate Governance and Responsibility.
