- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To support participants in making travel and institutional arrangements, the organizing committee of the 1st International Conference on Economics is pleased to issue official invitation letters to all authors and registered delegates upon request. These letters confirm your participation status and provide details about the conference program, venue, and dates in Toronto, Canada.
Invitation letters are typically issued within three to five business days of completed registration or abstract acceptance, and they include the conference’s full name, scheduled dates, and the delegate’s role: presenter, co-author, or general attendee. Delegates are encouraged to request their letter as early as possible to allow sufficient time for institutional approvals or travel preparations.
Please note that while the conference organizing committee is happy to provide an official invitation letter to facilitate your travel planning, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority. All visa applications remain entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate, and applicants are solely responsible for submitting the required documentation and meeting entry requirements.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
Call for Papers – 1st International Conference on Economics
Authors working across all branches of economics, from theoretical modeling to applied field studies, are warmly invited to submit original manuscripts for consideration at this inaugural Toronto edition. The conference welcomes full papers and work-in-progress abstracts that push the boundaries of economic thought and carry real-world policy relevance.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Toronto, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 1st edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Microeconomic Theory and Applications, Applied Economics and Economic Modeling or International Trade and Global Markets.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
