Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the designated section of the registration portal, with sufficient lead time before your country’s visa application deadline. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch all letters promptly, and participants are encouraged to retain copies of all correspondence and registration receipts to accompany their visa documentation.
It is important for all applicants to understand that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter is a courtesy extended to registered attendees and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority of the destination country, and the conference organizing committee holds no influence over or responsibility for the outcome of any individual visa application.
