Invitation Letter Support
To support participants in making travel and institutional arrangements, the organizing committee of the 1st International Conference on Economics is pleased to issue official invitation letters to all authors and registered delegates upon request. These letters confirm your participation status and provide details about the conference program, venue, and dates in Toronto, Canada.
Invitation letters are typically issued within five business days of completed registration or abstract acceptance, and they include the conference’s full name, scheduled dates, and the delegate’s role — whether as a presenter, co-author, or general attendee. Delegates are encouraged to request their letter as early as possible to allow sufficient time for institutional approvals or travel preparations.
Please note that while the conference organizing committee is happy to provide an official invitation letter to facilitate your travel planning, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority. All visa applications remain entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate, and applicants are solely responsible for submitting the required documentation and meeting entry requirements.
