Call for Papers – 7th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership
Researchers, practitioners, and experts are invited to submit original contributions that push the boundaries of knowledge on women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and gender equity in the workplace. The 7th edition welcomes empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, case analyses, and interdisciplinary perspectives that speak to the urgent challenges and emerging opportunities shaping women’s roles in global business.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 7th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Transformational Leadership by Women, Women-Owned Enterprises and Market Access or Mentoring, Sponsorship, and Leadership Networks.

Submission Guidelines
