These letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed a valid registration and, where applicable, have had their paper or abstract accepted through the conference’s formal submission process. Requests should be submitted through the designated channel on the conference website, and letters are typically processed within five to seven business days of a confirmed registration.
The invitation letter issued by the conference serves as formal documentation confirming your participation in the event and may be used to support applications for professional travel grants, institutional funding approvals, or other administrative requirements related to your attendance in Ajax, Canada. Each letter is personalized to the registrant and includes essential details such as the event dates, venue, and the nature of your participation, whether as a presenter, panelist, or delegate.
Please be aware that while the conference is happy to provide an official invitation letter as a courtesy to registered attendees, the issuance of this document does not guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority.
