Invitation Letter Support
To assist registered participants with their travel preparations, the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters upon request. These letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed their registration and, where applicable, submitted an accepted abstract or paper — ensuring that the documentation accurately reflects the participant’s confirmed role at the conference.
Invitation letters are issued on official conference letterhead and include essential details such as the participant’s full name, institutional affiliation, conference title, location, and dates. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website, and applicants are advised to initiate this process well in advance of their country’s visa application deadlines to allow sufficient processing time.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee, influence, or substitute for a visa or entry permit decision. All visa and immigration applications remain entirely subject to the assessment and authority of the relevant Canadian government agencies, and applicants bear full responsibility for ensuring they meet all entry requirements.
