Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require an official invitation letter for travel or institutional purposes may request one through the conference secretariat following the confirmation of their registration and, where applicable, their paper acceptance. The letter is prepared on official conference letterhead and includes the event title, dates, location, and the participant’s name and registration details, serving as formal documentation of your scheduled participation in Toronto, Canada.
Invitation letters are typically processed within five to seven business days of a completed request and are delivered electronically to the email address provided during registration. Attendees are advised to submit their requests well in advance of any visa application deadlines, as processing times at embassies and consulates vary significantly by country and individual circumstances.
It is important for all applicants to understand that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter by the organizing committee does not in any way guarantee, imply, or substitute for visa approval by Canadian immigration authorities; the decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the relevant government body, and the conference assumes no responsibility for outcomes related to visa applications.
Terms & Conditions
- Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
- Please make your own arrangements for visa (if applicable), accommodation and transportation.

Disclaimer
- This conference embraces a genuinely multidisciplinary ethos — submissions and attendees from fields adjacent to civil and architectural engineering, including urban ecology, materials science, geotechnical research, and environmental policy, are encouraged to participate, as cross-sector perspectives enrich the academic discourse of every session.
- Submission of an abstract or full paper does not constitute confirmed attendance; authors and participants must complete the formal registration process and receive written confirmation from the organizing secretariat before their place at the 9th edition in Toronto is considered secured.
- Registered delegates are strongly encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions, keynote addresses, and workshops relevant to their areas of interest, as the conference program is designed as an integrated learning experience and selective attendance may limit the full academic and networking value of participation.
