Invitation letters are typically processed within five to seven business days of a completed request and are delivered electronically to the email address provided during registration. Attendees are advised to submit their requests well in advance of any visa application deadlines, as processing times at embassies and consulates vary significantly by country and individual circumstances.

Call for Papers – 9th International Conference on Civil and Architectural Engineering
