- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To support international delegates in making travel arrangements, the 5th International Conference on Civil and Architectural Engineering provides official invitation letters to registered participants upon request. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include relevant details such as event dates, venue location in Toronto, and the participant’s role, whether as a presenter, co-author, or general attendee.
Invitation letters are generated exclusively for individuals who have completed their conference registration and, where applicable, had their abstract or paper accepted through the formal review process. Requests are typically processed within a few business days, and participants are encouraged to apply well in advance of any visa or travel authorization deadlines set by Canadian immigration authorities.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities, and attendees are strongly advised to consult the official Canadian immigration portal and seek appropriate guidance when preparing their applications.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 5th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Architectural Design, Form, and Function, Innovative Building Materials and Construction Technologies or Building Energy Systems and Passive Design.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
