Invitation Letter Support
To support your participation in the 3rd International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership, the conference organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered attendees upon request. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include your name, registration details, the conference dates, and the Richmond Hill venue information, serving as formal documentation of your acceptance and intended participation.
Invitation letters are typically used to support visa applications, institutional travel grant requests, or employer approval processes. To receive your letter, you must first complete your conference registration and payment in full; requests submitted without confirmed registration cannot be processed. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch invitation letters within three to five business days of a completed request.
Please be aware that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any government or immigration authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or border agency of the destination country, and attendees are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

The 3rd International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership warmly invites scholars, practitioners, and innovators worldwide to submit their original work for presentation in Richmond Hill in 2026. Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 3rd edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Women’s Advancement in Business Leadership, Women-Owned Business Development or Women in Digital Business and E-Commerce.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
