Invitation Letter Support

To receive your letter, you must first complete your conference registration and payment in full; requests submitted without confirmed registration cannot be processed. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch invitation letters within five business days of a completed request.
Please be aware that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any government or immigration authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or border agency of the destination country, and attendees are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.
