Invitation Letter Support
Upon request, the conference secretariat can issue an official invitation letter to registered participants who require documentation for travel planning, institutional approval, or funding applications. These letters confirm the participant’s acceptance into the conference programme and provide relevant event details such as dates, venue, and the nature of their contribution.
To receive an invitation letter, participants must first complete their conference registration and, where applicable, receive confirmation of their paper or abstract acceptance. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, and the secretariat endeavours to process all invitation letter requests promptly to support timely travel arrangements.
It is important to note that the invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee serves solely as a formal acknowledgement of participation and does not in any way guarantee the issuance of a visa or travel authorization by any government or immigration authority. Participants are solely responsible for initiating and completing their own visa applications through the appropriate embassy or consulate, and the conference bears no liability for any visa outcomes.

Call for Papers – 3rd International Conference on African Business and Technology
Scholars, practitioners, and innovators are warmly invited to submit original research contributions that advance our collective understanding of African business ecosystems and technological progress. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
All submitted manuscripts and abstracts are subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each submission evaluated by a minimum of two independent subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. Reviewers assess contributions on the basis of originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of scholarly argument.
