Registration Fees
- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon request, the conference secretariat can issue an official invitation letter to registered participants who require documentation for travel planning, institutional approval, or funding applications. These letters confirm the participant’s acceptance into the conference programme and provide relevant event details such as dates, venue, and the nature of their contribution.
To receive an invitation letter, participants must first complete their conference registration and, where applicable, receive confirmation of their paper or abstract acceptance. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, and the secretariat endeavours to process all invitation letter requests promptly to support timely travel arrangements.
It is important to note that the invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee serves solely as a formal acknowledgement of participation and does not in any way guarantee the issuance of a visa or travel authorization by any government or immigration authority. Participants are solely responsible for initiating and completing their own visa applications through the appropriate embassy or consulate, and the conference bears no liability for any visa outcomes.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
Call for Papers – 3rd International Conference on African Business and Technology
Scholars, practitioners, and innovators are warmly invited to submit original research contributions that advance our collective understanding of African business ecosystems and technological progress. The organizing committee welcomes full papers, work-in-progress studies, and case analyses that offer fresh empirical or theoretical perspectives on the conference themes.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Markham, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 3rd edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example African Business Transformation and Growth, Supply Chain Resilience in African Markets or Artificial Intelligence and African Business.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
All submitted manuscripts and abstracts are subjected to a double-blind peer review process, with each submission evaluated by reviewers in the field. Reviewers assess contributions on the basis of originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of scholarly argument.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
