- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 16th International Conference on African Business and Technology, participants who require documentary evidence to support international travel may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your registered status, the event dates, and the Mississauga venue, providing immigration authorities with the contextual information typically required when applying for a Canadian visitor or business visa.
To initiate your invitation letter request, participants must have completed full payment of the applicable registration fee and submitted any required author or attendee documentation. Requests are processed in the order received, and the secretariat endeavors to dispatch letters electronically within a reasonable timeframe to allow sufficient preparation for visa applications. Attendees are strongly advised to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates, as immigration processing timelines vary considerably by country of origin.

Call for Papers – 16th International Conference on African Business and Technology
We invite researchers, practitioners, and experts to submit original contributions that push the boundaries of knowledge at the confluence of African business and technological innovation. Submissions exploring empirical findings, theoretical advances, and applied case studies across all relevant disciplines are warmly encouraged for the 2026 Mississauga edition.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Mississauga, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 16th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Fintech Adoption and Financial Inclusion in Africa, Mobile Money, Digital Payments, and Banking Access or Technology for Agriculture, Health, and Education Markets.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
