- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for ICEIS 2026 in Brampton, Canada, participants who require documentation to support their travel arrangements may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter is issued solely on the basis of confirmed registration and serves as evidence of your acceptance and participation in the event.
The invitation letter is prepared in a standardized format and includes key details such as the conference name, dates, venue location, and the registrant’s personal information as provided during the registration process. Requests are typically processed within three to five business days, and delegates are advised to apply well in advance of their intended visa application submission to allow sufficient processing time.
It is important that all attendees understand that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the ICEIS 2026 organizing committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit to Canada. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration and border authorities of the Canadian government, and the conference organizers hold no influence over, and accept no responsibility for, the outcome of any visa application submitted.

Call for Papers – 2nd International Conference on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Sustainability
Researchers and practitioners worldwide are invited to submit original contributions that push the boundaries of knowledge in entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability for the 2026 Brampton edition. We welcome empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, case analyses, and policy evaluations that spark meaningful scholarly conversation and offer actionable insights.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Brampton, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 2nd edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Entrepreneurial Strategy and Venture Development, Social Enterprise Development or Digital Entrepreneurship and Platform-Based Ventures.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

- Attendance at all conference sessions is encouraged to maximize the academic and networking value of participation, but the organizing committee acknowledges that delegates may have scheduling constraints; nonetheless, certificates of participation will reflect the registered attendance category and may not be amended to represent sessions a delegate did not attend.
