Upon successful registration, ICEIS 2027 is pleased to provide official invitation letters to support participants who require documentation for travel authorization, institutional approval, or funding applications. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and confirm your acceptance status, scheduled presentation details, and the dates and location of the event in Toronto, Canada.
To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete full payment of the applicable registration fee. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, including your full legal name as it appears on your passport, your affiliated institution, and your paper or registration reference number. Letters are typically processed and delivered electronically within five business days of a complete and verified request.
Please be aware that an invitation letter issued by the ICEIS 2027 organizing committee is provided solely as a supportive document for your personal use and does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or assurance of visa approval. All visa decisions rest exclusively with the relevant governmental immigration authorities of Canada, and the conference organizers bear no responsibility for the outcome of any visa application.

- Submissions must be written in English.
