To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete full payment of the applicable registration fee. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, including your full legal name as it appears on your passport, your affiliated institution, and your paper or registration reference number. Letters are typically processed and delivered electronically within five business days of a complete and verified request.

Please be aware that an invitation letter issued by the ICEIS 2027 organizing committee is provided solely as a supportive document for your personal use and does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or assurance of visa approval.
