- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
The organizing committee of the 1st International Conference on African Business and Technology is pleased to issue official invitation letters to registered participants who require documentation for travel and administrative purposes. These letters confirm your acceptance and participation in the conference program and are made available upon successful completion of the registration process.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively for genuine conference participants, including presenters, session chairs, and registered delegates. The letter will include your name, affiliation, registration details, and the conference dates and venue in Toronto, Canada, providing the necessary documentation to support your travel arrangements and institutional approvals.
Please note that while the organizing committee is committed to facilitating your participation, the issuance of an invitation letter does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit. All visa applications are subject to the independent assessment and sole discretion of the relevant immigration authorities of Canada, and applicants are encouraged to apply well in advance of the conference dates.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
Call for Papers – 1st International Conference on African Business and Technology
We invite scholars, practitioners, and innovators worldwide to submit original research contributions that advance the understanding of African business landscapes and technology ecosystems. The 1st International Conference on African Business and Technology welcomes theoretical frameworks, empirical investigations, and applied case studies that reflect the diversity and dynamism of Africa’s evolving digital economy.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Toronto, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 1st edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example African Business Strategy and Development, African Market Entry and Business Expansion or Business Leadership in African Organizations.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
All manuscripts submitted to the 1st International Conference on African Business and Technology undergo a double-blind peer review process, wherein both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure impartial and merit-based evaluation. Each submission is assessed by reviewers in the field before an acceptance decision is rendered.
