Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants of the 11th International Conference on African Business and Technology may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support their travel and visa application process. These letters are issued solely to individuals who have completed a valid registration and, where applicable, had their paper or abstract accepted through the standard submission process.
Invitation letters will include the applicant’s name, institutional affiliation, conference dates, and the Toronto venue details, providing embassy and consular officials with the context needed to assess travel purposes. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website, and delegates are advised to initiate this process well in advance of their country’s typical visa processing timelines.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities. All visa decisions rest exclusively with the Government of Canada and its designated immigration bodies, and delegates are solely responsible for meeting all applicable entry requirements.
