Registration Fees
- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing a valid registration for the 10th International Conference on African Business and Technology, attendees may formally request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements to Brampton, Canada. This letter is prepared on conference letterhead and confirms the participant’s accepted role, whether as a presenter or delegate, providing the documentation often required by travel authorities and institutional travel offices.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, had their paper or abstract formally accepted through the review process. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website, and processing times may vary; participants are therefore encouraged to initiate their travel documentation well in advance of the conference dates.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee, imply, or substitute for visa approval by Canadian immigration authorities. All visa applications remain entirely subject to the independent assessment of the relevant embassy or consulate, and participants are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for Canada.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
Call for Papers – 10th International Conference on African Business and Technology
Scholars, practitioners, and innovators are warmly invited to submit original contributions that advance understanding of business dynamics, technological transformation, and economic policy across the African continent and its diaspora.
