Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, delegates to the 9th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This document is prepared to assist attendees in securing institutional support, travel funding approvals, or any administrative clearances required by their home organization or university.
The invitation letter is issued on official conference letterhead and includes pertinent details such as the delegate’s name, the confirmed dates of the event, the Toronto venue, and the nature of the delegate’s participation, whether as a presenter or general attendee. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website, accompanied by proof of completed registration.
It is important for all delegates to understand that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter is provided solely as a courtesy document to support travel and administrative processes. The conference organizing committee and its affiliates do not guarantee, influence, or bear responsibility for visa approval decisions, which rest exclusively with the relevant immigration and consular authorities of Canada and the applicant’s respective country.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Call for Papers – 9th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership
Scholars and practitioners are warmly encouraged to submit original contributions that interrogate, challenge, and advance our collective understanding of women’s roles in business and leadership for the 2026 Toronto edition. We welcome empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, case analyses, and interdisciplinary perspectives that push the boundaries of conventional discourse in this vital field.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Toronto, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 9th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Women Business Owners and Entrepreneurs, Executive Representation and Board Diversity or DEI Initiatives and Organizational Inclusion.
