Invitation Letter Support
To support international delegates who require documentation for travel planning purposes, the ICEIS 2026 organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered participants upon request. These letters confirm your acceptance to present or attend the conference and include relevant event details such as the dates, venue location in Toronto, Canada, and the nature of your participation — information commonly requested by travel administrators, employers, or funding bodies when processing travel grants or expense approvals.
To request an invitation letter, delegates must first complete their conference registration and, where applicable, receive confirmation that their submitted paper or abstract has been accepted. Once both conditions are met, the secretariat will issue a personalized letter in a timely manner. We encourage international attendees to initiate this process as early as possible, as visa and travel authorization timelines can vary significantly depending on country of origin and the specific consulate or embassy processing the application.
It is important to note that an invitation letter issued by the ICEIS 2026 organizing committee is a supporting document only and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa decisions rest exclusively with the relevant immigration authorities of the Canadian government, and delegates are solely responsible for ensuring that their travel documents, applications, and supporting materials meet the requirements set out by those authorities. The organizing committee is unable to intervene in or influence visa outcomes on behalf of any applicant.
Terms & Conditions
- Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
- Please make your own arrangements for visa (if applicable), accommodation and transportation.
- After verifying your successful payment, a regular invitation letter will be sent within 3 business days.
- Changes due to spelling or minor mistakes in the invitation letter will cost US$50.
- Invitation letter will not be provided for the Domestic Listener (Early Bird) ticket category.
Disclaimer
- ICEIS 2026 is conceived as a genuinely multidisciplinary conference — submissions and participants from fields including management science, environmental studies, public policy, engineering, sociology, economics, and related disciplines are not only welcomed but actively encouraged, reflecting the inherently cross-sectoral nature of entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability as areas of inquiry
- Successful submission of an abstract or full paper, or completion of the registration process, does not by itself constitute confirmed attendance at the conference; delegates are responsible for ensuring that all logistical requirements — including travel arrangements, visa procurement, and final payment of registration fees — are fulfilled within the deadlines communicated by the organizing secretariat
- The conference program is subject to revision, and the organizing committee reserves the right to adjust session formats, scheduling, and speaker arrangements as needed; registered attendees are advised to monitor official communications for updates and to note that attendance at any specific session, keynote, or workshop cannot be individually guaranteed due to capacity and scheduling considerations
