To request an invitation letter, delegates must first complete their registration and, where applicable, receive notification of paper acceptance. Requests are processed within five business days and delivered electronically; physical copies can be arranged upon request for an additional handling period. Please ensure that all personal details submitted during registration are accurate, as the letter will reflect the information provided.

It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by ICAMC 2026 does not guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit by any government authority.
