Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, participants of the 1st International Conference on Civil and Architectural Engineering may request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements to Toronto, Canada. This letter is issued by the conference organizing committee and serves as formal documentation confirming your participation status, registration details, and the scheduled dates of the event.
The invitation letter is prepared specifically to assist attendees in making visa appointments, justifying international travel to employers or funding bodies, and satisfying any institutional requirements for conference attendance abroad. - Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 1st edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Structural Engineering and Building Design, Geotechnical Engineering and Foundation Systems or Building Information Modeling and Digital Design.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
