Requesting an invitation letter is straightforward: once your registration payment has been confirmed or your paper has been accepted, you may submit a letter request through the conference management portal, providing your full legal name, institutional affiliation, and any specific details required by your funding or approval authority. The organizing secretariat endeavors to dispatch personalized invitation letters within three to five business days of a complete and verified request.
Please be aware that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation documentation to support your travel arrangements, the issuance of this letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government or immigration authority. Applicants are strongly advised to initiate visa applications well in advance of the conference dates and to consult the appropriate embassy or consulate for guidance specific to their nationality and circumstances.

Call for Papers – 9th International Conference on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Scholars and practitioners worldwide are invited to submit original, unpublished contributions that advance the state of knowledge in machine learning and artificial intelligence across theoretical, applied, and interdisciplinary dimensions. The 9th edition’s program committee welcomes full papers and short communications that challenge existing paradigms or introduce carefully validated novel approaches.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Toronto, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 9th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Representation Learning and Data Embeddings, Supervised, Unsupervised, and Hybrid Learning or MLOps, Model Lifecycle, and AI Quality Assurance.
