This letter is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your registered participation status, the dates and location of the event, and any relevant details about your role — whether as a presenting author, co-author, or attending delegate.
To initiate your invitation letter request, please ensure that your registration payment has been fully processed and that all required participant details have been submitted through the conference portal. Our organizing secretariat aims to dispatch invitation letters within a defined processing window, and we encourage attendees to apply well in advance of any visa application deadlines imposed by Canadian immigration authorities.
It is important to understand that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not, under any circumstances, guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization. All visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant immigration and border authorities of Canada, based on each individual applicant’s documentation, eligibility criteria, and personal circumstances.
