This letter is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your registered participation status, the date and location of the event, and any relevant details about your role: presenting author, co-author, or attending delegate.
To initiate your invitation letter request, please ensure that your registration payment has been fully processed and that all required participant details have been submitted through the conference portal. Our organizing secretariat aims to dispatch invitation letters within a defined processing window, and we encourage attendees to apply well in advance of any visa application deadlines imposed by Canadian immigration authorities.
It is important to understand that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not, under any circumstances, guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization. All visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant immigration and border authorities of Canada, based on each individual applicant’s documentation, eligibility criteria, and personal circumstances. Attendees are solely responsible for initiating their visa applications in a timely manner and complying with all applicable immigration requirements.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 9th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Sustainable Innovation and Enterprise Performance, Startup Strategy and Business Acceleration or Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurial Culture.

- Submissions must be written in English.
