Invitation Letter Support

ICMLAI 2026 recognizes that many delegates travel internationally to participate, and the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to support the administrative requirements of attending. Upon successful registration and payment confirmation, attendees may formally request a personalized invitation letter via the dedicated portal on the conference website, with documents typically issued within five business days of the request.

The invitation letter issued by ICMLAI 2026 is an official document affirming your registration status, the conference dates, and the Toronto venue details. It is intended to assist delegates in presenting accurate and verifiable information to the relevant authorities as part of their travel preparation process, and is issued solely on the basis of confirmed conference participation.

It is important for all applicants to understand that the invitation letter provided by the ICMLAI 2026 organizing committee is a supporting document only and does not in any way constitute a guarantee of visa approval. Visa decisions rest entirely with the immigration authorities of Canada, and delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance and to seek guidance from the appropriate consular services in their home country.
