- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To facilitate international attendance, the organizing committee of the 5th International Conference on Strategic Management and Planning issues official invitation letters to registered participants upon request. These letters confirm your acceptance and registration status and are intended to support your travel preparations, including applications for funding, institutional leave approval, or logistical planning for the Toronto event.
To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete their conference registration and, where applicable, receive confirmation of paper acceptance. The letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and will detail the event dates, venue, and the recipient’s role as a presenter or attendee, providing the documentation typically required by employers, universities, or funding bodies.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference does not, under any circumstances, guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit to Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process well in advance of the conference date, following all requirements stipulated by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 5th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Corporate Strategy and Long-Term Growth, Competitive Strategy and Industry Positioning or Strategic Risk Management.
