Upon completing your conference registration, you may formally request an official invitation letter from the organizing secretariat to support your travel planning, institutional approval processes, or funding applications. The letter is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your registration status, the dates and location of the event, and any relevant participation details such as your accepted paper or presentation role.
To request your invitation letter, simply complete the designated form in your registration portal or contact the conference secretariat directly with your registration confirmation number and the name of the issuing authority or institution to whom the letter should be addressed. Processing typically takes three to five business days, and letters can be issued in digital or hard-copy format as required.
Please note that while the organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation documentation to support your visa application to enter Canada, the issuance of this letter does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permission by Canadian immigration authorities. All visa decisions rest solely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and applicants are strongly encouraged to apply through the appropriate consulate or visa processing center well in advance of the conference dates.
