Requests should be submitted through the official conference secretariat, and letters are typically dispatched within a few business days of the request being verified against registration records.
Please note that the issuance of an invitation letter by the 48th International Conference on Business Management does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa applications remain entirely subject to the independent assessment and discretionary authority of the relevant immigration and border control authorities.
