- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To support international delegates who require documentation for travel planning purposes, the 48th International Conference on Business Management provides official invitation letters upon request. These letters confirm your registration status, outline the conference dates and location in Ajax, Canada, and serve as formal evidence of your academic or professional participation in the event.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, submitted an accepted paper or confirmed their attendance as a delegate. Requests should be submitted through the official conference secretariat, and letters are typically dispatched within a few business days of the request being verified against registration records.
Please note that the issuance of an invitation letter by the 48th International Conference on Business Management does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa applications remain entirely subject to the independent assessment and discretionary authority of the relevant immigration and border control authorities. Delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
