Upon successful registration, the 48th International Conference on African Business and Technology is pleased to provide official invitation letters to confirmed attendees who require documentation for travel planning purposes. Invitation letters are processed within five business days of payment confirmation and can be issued electronically or as a signed PDF suitable for submission to consular offices. Attendees requiring letters urgently — for example, to meet early visa application deadlines — are encouraged to contact the organizing secretariat immediately after completing registration so that processing can be expedited.

Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval, nor does it represent any commitment on behalf of immigration or consular authorities. Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must be written in English.
  • Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
  • Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
  • Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
  • Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Peer Review Details

Every full paper submitted to the 48th International Conference on African Business and Technology undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by at least two subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. Review criteria encompass originality, methodological soundness, relevance to African business and technology themes, and the quality of conclusions drawn.
