Invitation Letter Support

These letters are prepared on official conference letterhead and include the delegate’s name, affiliation, registration details, and the dates and location of the event in Toronto, Canada.
Invitation letters are typically dispatched within five business days of a confirmed registration and can be provided in digital format via email or as a signed physical document where required by the delegate’s consulate or embassy. Delegates are encouraged to submit their request as early as possible to allow sufficient processing time ahead of any visa application deadlines.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or assurance of visa approval.
