Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require an official invitation letter for travel planning purposes may request one through the conference secretariat after completing their registration and fee payment. The letter will be issued on official conference letterhead, confirming your accepted status and providing the event dates, venue address in Toronto, and relevant registration details necessary for travel documentation.
To request your invitation letter, please submit your full legal name as it appears on your passport, your institutional or organizational affiliation, your paper reference number if applicable, and a copy of your payment confirmation to the designated administrative contact listed on the conference website. Processing typically takes three to five business days, and letters are delivered exclusively in PDF format via email.
Please note that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter is provided solely as a courtesy document to support your visa or travel authorization application and does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or assurance of visa approval by the conference organizers, the venue, or any governmental authority. All visa and immigration decisions rest entirely with the relevant consular or border authorities of Canada, and applicants are strongly advised to begin the process well in advance of the event date.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to the 45th ICSCCE undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by at least two domain experts drawn from the conference’s international technical program committee, ensuring that evaluations remain impartial and grounded in the specific methodological demands of cyber security and cloud engineering research. Reviewers assess originality, technical soundness, clarity of presentation, and significance of contribution before the program chairs render a final editorial decision.
